Returns / Exchange /Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Exchange / Refunds will be done after receiveing the merchandise back.
Please note that we have different return policies for different countries:
USA - Free Prepaid Label provided to return to our USA warehouse
UK - Free Prepaid Label provided to return to our UK warehouse
Rest of the world - Return to our warehouses in USA, UK or India at your own cost
Please wait for us to provide a return authorisation and a sepcific return address. Please DO NOT return the item without a return authorisation.
