Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Gurugram, India, by FedEx, DHL or UPS. You get tracking details as soon as your instrument is dispatched.

How the order works

No payment is taken when you place your order. We check the instrument is in stock, then contact you on WhatsApp (preferred) or by email within one working day with payment details. Orders up to $700 can be paid by card link or bank transfer. Above $700 is bank transfer only.

Once payment is settled we email you an estimated dispatch date.

All prices and charges are in US dollars. If you would rather pay in your own currency, say so when we contact you and we will tell you whether Stripe, PayPal or Wise works out better for your country.

Free shipping

Shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Greenland and the Faroe Islands, and to Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and much of the Pacific and South East Asia.

Everywhere else

We ship to more than 200 countries. Shipping to other destinations is charged by weight and is shown in the cart before you order. Instruments are heavy and bulky, so the cost reflects the real courier rate rather than a flat fee.

Customs and import duties

Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are payable by you to the courier, who clears the package on your behalf. These are set by your own country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Packing

Instruments are packed for a long journey, and fragile items are padded accordingly. Open the packing as soon as it arrives so the instrument can air and settle into tune.
