Pritam Singh
Sarangis, including the totta model.
The sarangi is the hardest instrument we sell and the one that sounds most like the human voice. No frets, strings stopped with the fingernails, and dozens of sympathetic strings ringing beneath. Pritam Singh's instruments are what we put in front of players serious enough to take that on.
Buy one only with a teacher. We will say that plainly. Sarangi does not reward self-teaching from videos, and even the setup and tuning need guidance. If you want a bowed instrument you can progress on alone, buy a dilruba instead and come back to sarangi later.
