We also pack the instruments with great care so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, in a rare case, if you receive a damaged or defective item we will collect and replace it at our cost.

Please inform us within two days of the receipt of a defective item by sending an email to help@tablasitar.com along with the details of the defects and photographs. We will also ask to file a report with the courier company so that we can claim insurance.

Please be patient and we will make sure that you are satisfied.

Remote-area Charge: If you live away from the city in a remote area in US/Canada/Australia, courier companies charge a little extra for delivery.
