RADEL SARANG SPARSHINI DIGITAL TANPURA -  Sarang Sparshini is a great combination of the Electronic & Real Tanpura. Even the shape is of a real Tanpura. The amazing part is that it can be plucked as a real Tanpura as well as used as an Electronic Tanpura. It can be used in chromatic as well as diatonic scale. It uses the latest sampler technology which gives excellent results.The most unique feature is a choice of Maunual or Auto plucking, which means it is both electronic as well as real Tanpura. One can play 4 or 5 string, with an automatic tuning of 4 notes and manual tuning of 5th note, Pluck styles choice (North / South Indian).

Damaged Items Replacement Guarantee

Please note that we test all the items before shipping. We also pack our items with great care so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, in a rare case, if you receive a damaged or defective item we will collect and replace it at our cost.

Please inform us within two days of the receipt of a defective item by sending an email to help@tablasitar.com along with the details of the defects and photographs. We will also ask to file a report with the courier company so that we can claim insurance.

Please be patient and we will make sure that you are satisfied.

Three Month Electronics Repair/Replacement Warranty (USA, UK only)

If your electronic music instrument stops working within 3 months because of a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair it. Please note that damage caused by accidents is not covered - only manufacturing defects are covered.

Please inform us within three months of the receipt of the item by sending an email to help@tablasitar.com along with the details of the defects and photographs. We will also ask you to send it to our collection center in the UK or USA - depending on your country. Please note that you will bear the cost of posting the item to our collection center in your country.

7-day Returns in the UK only!

Sorry, No Returns (yet!): All sales are final and we don't offer returns at the moment. We do, however, offer replacements if you receive defective or damaged items. We will be offering 7-day local US, UK and Canada returns very soon!

We Pay Custom Duties: If you have been charged a customs duty, please email us a copy of the receipt on help@tablasitar.com within two days and we will pay it back to you. This only applies to USA and UK.
